Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of Lucky Elf Casino for Australian players, accessible via luckyelf-au.com and its lawful mirror sites (together, the "Site").   • Unauthorised access: You must notify the Operator immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that a third party has gained access to your Account. We may temporarily suspend the Account while we investigate.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Gameplay

  • Game rules: Each Game has its own rules, pay-tables and return-to-player (RTP) information provided by the game supplier. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the relevant Game.
  • Randomness and RNG: Games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided via the Operator's platform (e.g., SoftSwiss), which are generally certified by independent testing laboratories such as iTech Labs or GLI at a platform level. The Operator does not guarantee that a specific published certificate applies individually to Lucky Elf Casino; however, all outcomes are intended to be random and fair.
  • Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum and maximum stake amounts per Game are defined within the interface of each Game and may vary by product, currency or promotion.

Placing, Modifying and Cancelling Bets

  • Placement of Bets: A Bet is considered placed and accepted once it is recorded on the Operator's servers. The game history available in your Account is conclusive evidence of all Bets and outcomes, subject to manifest error.
  • No cancellation after start: Once a Bet has been accepted and the game round has started, you cannot cancel or modify the Bet.
  • Malfunctions and errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted game round, misconfiguration or evident error in odds/pay-tables:
    • All affected Bets and game rounds may be voided;
    • The Bet amount may be returned to your Real Money Balance;
    • Any winnings from erroneous or malfunctioning rounds may be declared void and removed from your Account.
    The Operator's records and those of its game suppliers will be final in determining any such issue.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chat

  • Respectful behaviour: You must not use abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, threatening, defamatory or otherwise offensive language in live chat, at live tables, or in communication with the Operator's staff or other players.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
    • Collude with other players or third parties;
    • Exploit software bugs or loopholes;
    • Use bots, automated tools or any form of AI to make betting decisions or play Games; or
    • Engage in advantage play that is deemed abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion or Game.
    The Operator may suspend or close your Account and void winnings if it reasonably suspects such behaviour.
  • Compliance with dealer instructions: In live casino games, you must follow all instructions of the dealer and game rules. Disputes about hand outcomes or procedures will be resolved based on game logs recorded by the live casino provider.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Separate Bonus Terms: All promotions and Bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific Bonus Terms published on https://luckyelf-au.com/bonus-terms. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms prevail for that promotion.
  • Activation: A Bonus may require:
    • Entering a bonus code;
    • Opting-in in the cashier or promotions area; and/or
    • Making a qualifying deposit of a specified minimum amount in AUD or other supported currency.
  • Eligibility and timeframes: Bonuses are personal, non-transferable and may be limited by country, currency, payment method or user segment. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the Bonus Terms, which will not be shorter than is reasonable for 2026-era industry standards.

Wagering Requirements and Restricted Play

  • Wagering: Bonus funds, and any winnings derived from them, are typically subject to wagering requirements (for example, a multiple of the Bonus amount, or of Bonus + deposit) before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable multiplier, contributing Games and maximum Bet per spin/round will be specified in the Bonus Terms.
  • Game contribution: Some Games may:
    • Contribute 100% (most slots),
    • Contribute a lower percentage (e.g. some table games or live casino), or
    • Be entirely excluded from wagering.
    • You must consult the Bonus Terms for contribution tables.
    • Prohibited actions: The following may be considered "irregular play" and may lead to confiscation of Bonus funds and related winnings:
      • Placing single Bets exceeding the stated maximum Bet while a Bonus is active;
      • "Bonus hunting" strategies, such as low-risk or zero-risk betting to artificially complete wagering;
      • Using a Bonus on excluded Games; or
      • Delaying game rounds or using features to store Bonus value for later use after wagering is completed.

    Combining Promotions & Bonus Abuse

    • Non-stacking principle: Unless expressly allowed, only one active Bonus (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and tournament prizes) may be in play at any given time. Attempting to combine multiple promotions may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
    • Right to withhold or cancel: The Operator may refuse, withhold or cancel a Bonus, and/or close your Account, if it reasonably believes that:
      • You have breached the Bonus Terms or these Terms;
      • You have created multiple Accounts to claim the same offer;
      • You are participating in Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

    Payments & Withdrawals

    Deposit Methods and Processing

Bonus funds are not redeemable for cash and are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    Limitation of Liability

    Operator's Obligations

    • Service provision: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Site, process Bets, credit winnings and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
    • Fairness of Games: The Operator endeavours to ensure that all Games operate fairly and in accordance with their published rules and platform-level RNG certifications. Game outcomes as recorded on the Operator's or game provider's servers are final, subject to investigation of manifest errors or malfunctions.

    Exclusions and Limitations

    • Technical issues: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:

    • Maximum compensation: Subject to the paragraph below, where the Operator is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of:
      • The amount of the Bet that gave rise to the claim; or
      • The amount actually lost by you and directly attributable to the Operator's proven breach.
    • Consumer guarantees: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including, to the extent applicable, the Australian Consumer Law. Where such guarantees apply and cannot be excluded, the Operator's liability will, where permitted, be limited to the resupply of the relevant services or payment of the cost of having them resupplied.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Termination & Suspension

    By the Player

    • Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, you may request withdrawal of any withdrawable Real Money Balance, subject to KYC and other checks.

    By the Operator

    • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Site, and withhold or confiscate funds where permitted by applicable law, if it reasonably believes that:

      • You are underage or provided false or misleading information;

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction
